This is a thread on the sequence of events regarding the latest e-Placement on 27.02.25 affecting over 2000 medical officers nationwide.

So @KKMPutrajaya has yet again postponed our e-Placement, for the THIRD time

We plead for our demands to be heard, but instead KKM & DG @radzi_dr decided to shift the blame to us

19mil hits by 2245 MOs? So each of us used 8463 devices? What does this “hit” even mean?

Sick and tired of being pushed around by our very own government, by our very own employer

If the higher ups could just spend a day seeing all that we do on the ground, I wonder if they’d start treating us better

Rather disappointing to see MOH blaming users for its own IT failures. Take some responsibility.

Also, MOH should have been upfront right from the start instead of announcing multiple false dates, if they knew that they couldn’t fix the ePlacement system.

Memalukan la KKM ni. Damage control pun makin teruk. Ngaku je la salah sendiri, nak jugak blame user.

@codebluenews @boosulyn 19 million hits for 2000 medical officers . Means average per person will be doing 9500 hits. Is that even possible ? Do you even do the math before making such statements ? No wonder KKM is on a rapid downward spiral @HKontrak

MOH has delayed the ePlacement process for over 2,000 medical officers by an estimated 6-8 weeks, announcing the cancellation of the March 25-27 session. The ministry blames users for using multiple devices on Feb 27, saying the system got 19 million hits.

KKM, during our initial e-Placement, YOU said our decisions are final - MUKTAMAD! In bold, capital letters.

We chose our placements & then you go and void everything because of “technical issues”??

So now why do 2000+ of us have to pay for YOUR incompetence?

1/ Kami dari Dewan Pemuda PAS Negeri Terengganu kecewa dengan kelemahan sistem e-placement KKM yang menjejaskan lebih 2,000 pegawai perubatan. Masalah ini bukan kecil—ia membebankan doktor muda & memberi impak besar kepada sistem kesihatan negara!
