Good point but 2 things; 1)There’s really no downside to the FA just scheduling better to help teams/players perform their best for their OWN “competitive league”, but there’s very-obvious downside to coaches playing fringe players because of poor/inconsiderate scheduling. 2) Pep

Fairly certain that we’ll see a return to traditional wingers (a la Sterling and Sane) next season with Savio and Doku especially against teams that sit back in a block and afford us space out-wide. Their wide 1v1 threat and dangerous crossing will be key in games like this.

It’s not a complete return to 17/18’s Sane x Sterling wide outlet gameplay as the 2 10s(two of Foden, Kdb or Paqueta-hopefully) behind Haaland will remain as the outlets but it will offer us more control than 17/18 with the same wide 1v1 and crossing threat.
