The Franz Schmidt Project is a far reaching project to perform and promote the music of Franz Schmidt leading to his 150th Birthday in 2024

Last week, we were in Cardiff at the 𝗛𝗼𝗱𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗼𝘁𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹.

I shall be tuned in! This is a wonderful symphony and it won the Columbia Gramophone Co Prize in 1928 to mark the centenary of Schubert's death! A deserving winner, but shamefully neglected ever since.
