Effective communication is essential for managing the council and delivering effective services to citizens. Women Administrators are provided with training to develop communication strategies for councils.
FSLGA facilitated Norwood Pradeshiya Sabha to conduct a follow-up review meeting of the Citizen charter in consultation with the citizens in the council area. The citizen charter was reviewed following the guidelines issued by the Public Administration Circular Number 05/2008.
