Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin, has arrived in Islamabad for the 23rd Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). He was warmly welcomed by the Federal Minister for Defence Khawaja Asif, at Nur Khan Airbase.

The Strategic Export Control Division (SECDIV) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs conducted a two-day capacity building workshop for the officers of Pakistan Customs at Pakistan Customs Academy, Karachi, on 7-8 December 2023. The workshop aimed at enhancing the conceptual knowledge and awareness of the participants on dual-use items and to train the customs with hands-on skills to effectively implement strategic export controls.
