@debenhams I have email confirmation of a refund from 27/6 saying it’s on the way, can you tell me when I can expect to receive the money back please . Please don’t ask for a DM just want to to know how long it takes.
@Debenhams I paid for express delivery it was very late it was confirmed express via email and on the tracking/ didn’t happen. I want a refund customer service keep fobbing me off with nonsense

@Debenhams paid £4.99 express delivery, item not arrived /request a refund on delivery this is the reply. “However, please be advised that we are unable to refund the delivery charge as it is the fee paid to the service of the courier so that your order will be delivered.”
@Debenhams appalling service charging for express delivery on an item on a 2 day guarantee and taking up to 2 weeks refusing to refund fee and offer worthless standard delivery on next order-the whole experience is an insult.
@Debenhams I paid £4.99 for express delivery on 2 different deliveries- both took more than a week. Debenhams refuse to refund £4.99 charge with nonsensical responses. This set up is anti customer please avoid.
@WeAreMarmalade why is a young persons insurance cancelled when they don’t drive for a while, letters texts and emails announcing a cancellation , but no reply to chat queries or emails to confirm this is unnecessary and the policy is live
@WeAreMarmalade not happy that young persons insurance is automatically cancelled if they don’t drive for a while ( when at University for instance) surely this would apply to many ?
