the idea that Elon could loan against his entire $1t net worth is, yet again, nonsensical, so let’s break it down
firstly, regulatory single borrower limits mean no bank can lend more than 15% of its capital and surplus to one entity - so theoretically to get anywhere near $500bln in loans (assuming 50% LTV) he’d need to go to 50+ major banks… all of them being exposed to the same collateral (two volatile stocks) at the same time
this would never be allowed to happen, regulators would intervene due to the enormous systemic risk to the financial system
to put into perspective: JPM’s entire loan book is $1.49T across millions of borrowers
let’s say he actually tried to do this, the moment it became public that Elon was pledging his entire stake in both companies, markets would panic and it would cause a catastrophic black swan event
let’s say he actually did manage to loan against a big chunk of his net worth, he’d get margin called (due to the systemic risk he introduced) and his $tsla / $spcx positions would get nuked sending them both to 0: all the problems I highlighted would come to fruition anyway
Elon has loaned against his stocks before but at a SIGNIFICANTLY smaller scale. it does not and could not work at this level
pls guys i beg use ur brains
Tomku Andel,

It's not just luxury hotels that are a scam, it's almost everything that's luxury that's a scam
Gf bought Rimowa suitcases, expensive and supposed to be better quality than regular ones, but of course they're much worse
They keep breaking, like all of them, cracks in the handles, cracks in the sides, it's just cheap plastic shit but it costs $1000 or more
Rimowa was bought by LVMH in 2016 which has an average profit margin of 66% and whose strategy is to increase prices by ~5x, decrease costs by ~5x and then create artificial scarcity (limited availability per shop) because people want what they can't get (not me though but many)
LVMH is kinda like the luxury version of private equity, it makes everything more expensive and worse and hard to get!

I wouldn't wish this level of greed on my worst enemy
@VivekGaripalli I think the best part of getting code shops hooked on tokens is that they spend ~80% of the tokens fixing bugs from AI generated code. It's like meth. I guess the first hit speeds everything up, but at the end you'll be trying to get the bugs out of your skin.
Gen Z got flooded with content flexing supercars and expensive watches
That shit completely distorted their expectations and perception of success
Financial success is built by being proud of your first $1k / $10k / $100k profit
not by fantasizing about a Richard Mille
The reason Trump and the White House care about stocks so much is that stocks function like a Jewish money changing table on steroids….
Most hedge fund managers are Jews. Most short sellers Jews, most Wall streeters are Jews etc etc.
Trump will say “look at your 401ks!” So the dumb goy will take note of their retirement they’ve worked for all their life going up 500 bucks….
Meanwhile the Jew has made a few Billion this year. This is another wealth transfer (usury) without you noticing while also selling to you “you are getting rich too!”
Everything, and I do mean everything Trump does is for the benefit of world Jewry, but he is there to sell it to middle class Whites. He is the best Judas goat they have ever had.
Blaming this on AI lmao
You guys keep spending money on failed acquisitions, launching products that have no market fit, and gave Cobie $400m for whatever reason
