@qatarairways@qatarairways@qrsupport could you please update @Expedia because they said they cannot refund me as their end is NOT updated. Please update them. They also asked for cancellation email. It sounds like the refund process is more troublesome than I thought.

@qatarairways Hi @qatarairways - can you advise when this will be updated in 3rd party agent systems? I spoke with @bookingcom and they are aware of the extension of waiver to 30th April - but can’t process it as the system hasn’t been updated to allow for it…
@bookingcom can you please tell your customer support agents this - as they continue to tell me the waiver and refund is only eligible to flights until 28th March!

@qatarairways Hi @qatarairways can you please provide guidance for flights on the 30th March. We are booked to travel with you from Melbourne to Rome via Doha (return) and need to know if we should be rebooking via an Asian airline and will be refunded by Qatar - or if the flights proceeding.
