@JetBlue my flight from SJU to JFK was canceled today due to weather issues. I’m traveling with my sick mother and all they could do was switch my flight but no food voucher at least. I’m stranded at the SJU airport with nothing to eat.

Location: 2100 Walton Avenue, Bronx. It’s in front of a public school. I have made multiple complaints to 311 and within 10 minutes of making the complaint @NYC311 they close it.

@USPS Bronx post office located on Jerome Ave is the worst of them all. Only one person working the windows. If I go to Manhattan is clean, many workers and polite. This is unacceptable. Smmfh

This year I’m so disappointed with Santa Land @Macys. Purchased the A package and never received the downloadable version. The elf’s were not jolly or excited.

Burnside Ave post office is trash @USPS
5 windows and only 2 workers, staff is rude and can’t communicate with the community professional. @USPSHelp needs to look in to this matter.

@USPS unbelievable the customer service, they way they treat senior citizens, none speaking English customers, handicapped customers even the hearing impaired customers get treated like shit. This is @morrisheights post office. 2024 Jerome Ave Bronx NY
