@British_Airways - why are avios being held hostage? I need to transfer some to my aer lingus account for a flight in 6 days. I've been trying for weeks, your portal doesnt work and im being told it wont until sept - no use to me!! can you fix this

@British_Airways how? surely their must be a manual way to do a transfer? its your own systems. why would the current system be closed down before a new one is ready?
I've spent days and days waiting for your team to get back to me and inconsistent messages from the chat team.
