@AmazonHelp I am sharing my sentiment of unhappiness. The amazon claims process is convuluted and sluggish, although I continue to file diligently and accordingly. This is not something a mere tweet link is going to speed up. My car is dented and your process continues to pain me. Thats it.

Thanks for having the worst claims department for HITTING MY PARKED CAR IN MY DRIVEWAY, Amazon. Not helpful and Slow response times and no phone number to call for assistance. Very poor experience. I will reccomend pick up from WalMart going forward since they can’t hit my car.
