Reminder that Elon Musk funded anti-trans advertisements, contributing to the genocide of our friends and family. Please follow me on Bluesky because it's dead over there!!

@DeliciousNDulce I loved episodes 4 and 7. The lesbian fox is amazing.
I can't stand the raccoon. What he did to Josh in ep 7 is irredeemable. I think his character needs rewriting because he doesn't even fit into the friend group.
@emocheeeto Genuinely I think they are a kid that grew up with the chronically on deviantart "tracing always bad" mentality that says you should always draw from your head.
@LittleLateOG@NanosaurFan1999 "There are only 1s and 0s, other numbers existing doesn't change that"
You might want to pick a different argument because this doesn't make sense
@Darkzy_Zapz@krondrin@esjesjesj No but it's a common talking point and I want other people that may read my comment to go "oh yeah, right, gay people can have babies too"
@krondrin@esjesjesj Should sex be only penis in vagina, for procreation only? You don't enjoy head? Like come on bro it's not that serious. Sex is fun. Let guys love each other and chuck cum up the bum. If they want to have kids they will find a surrogate or adopt ❤️
@Lexusofrcounty Do you think it's similar to using other tools that speed up the process? A mirror tool instead of drawing both sides? Digital art instead of traditional? Photography instead of realistic painting?
Where is the greed in gift art?
@Lexusofrcounty Though I have traced images I've taken of my pets to help with line work. It's really just, why not? It's my photo. My photography. My work. I'm not stealing from any other artists. I don't think my pets are offended. I think it's a cute way to honor them.
@Lexusofrcounty Overall it's just a tool to get me closer to the result I want. It's more like following a recipe than buying fast food. Nothing wrong with being a baker or a chef and following a recipe! No expectations to make it your own. Just be honest about using a recipe or reference
@Lexusofrcounty Also I don't need to build a reference book in my head of everything ever to exist. Sure it bridges a knowledge gap, but I don't care to build that knowledge of a bmw long term if I'm just drawing gift art for a friend.
Also fast food exists for a reason 🤷♂️
@Lexusofrcounty Are you okay with referencing? How much referencing is okay?
It's not about consumerism, it's about using tools. I took art courses 10 years ago.
I don't see how it's greedy if I'm not selling my art
@tri4geart@zerocruxgiven 70% isopropyl alcohol after suiting too.
That being said I've washed my suit countless times and she still looks great. I think most people don't know how to wash them
@Hyena_Martyr@esjesjesj I grew up around gay people and homophobia confused me more than anything. I literally thought it couldn't be real because it was so ridiculous to me as a 10 year old.
@baselessassert Also who gives a fuck what's most bioavailable. I'm not gonna kill a puppy just for nutrition. Cows, pigs, chickens, etc are just puppies in another shape.
I'm sick of silly nutritional gotchas, as if that's an excuse for cruelty.
@Lexusofrcounty@emocheeeto Plus using your own photos = even better because you used your own photography skills. I trace my pets all the time for gift art.
@Lexusofrcounty@emocheeeto Have you taken any professional art courses? Like at a university?
Also how is making gift art greedy?
It's normal to heavily reference or trace. Just make sure the photographer allows it or use your own photos
