@SwiggyCares Do u actually care? No response from ur end plus in 3rd packet there is too many clumps inside it. Which is harmful for the baby as product says there should not be any clumps.
Now i demand a full refund of this or i will raise this complain to health department

I marked @bigbasket_com is the worst support i have ever seen by doing online shopping. Literally they are the worst and never expected such a treatment there support agent does not have anything. They have fixed line by saying callback arranged which will never came.

Today your team have made mess out of it. Order one product package was torned. Request for replacement. Delivery guy came empty handed took the product but never provided the fresh one. App shows delivered. Customer care is nonsense. Nobody knows whats happening.
