JUST IN: Mississippi State has its first bullpen piece out of the portal as South Carolina RHP Zach Russell tells me he has committed.

Russell throws 93-96 with a sinker/cutter mix that got 40 groundouts in 32.0 innings. Had a 2.53 ERA as one of USC's best arms.
