@katchie_a While I can’t verify that at the moment, it will mean the winner of elections generally must always have 25% in Abuja. A territory that produced less than 70k votes for the winner. I’m still looking around, no one is even bothered about this… things may unfold later!

@katchie_a Actually the law couldn’t have said including because that will mean FCT is a state. Use of the word ‘and’ means 36 units plus another unit which is Abuja. Nothing supports the fact that Abuja is a must win 25% stand alone.
