Blackmail by builders of the customers. In pune builders do not follow RERA agreement to sale. Forcing customers to sign different “agreement to sale” than what is uploaded and approved by RERA. After taking booking amount with very terrible and dubious terms. @Dev_Fadnavis

Rera Approved plotting projects with NA orders. Are hiding ownership by making conveyance deed in the name of society. Keeping backdoor access to TDR and FSI of already sold plots. Many people with black money will never appear on 7/12 just society name. @Dev_Fadnavis @cbawankule

Traveling from Hyderabad to Pune on NH 65. As soon as you cross the border and enter Maharashtra the car starts bouncing on undulated roads, potholes appear, speed breakers kill your car, barricades, broken patches.

Suddenly i see face of corruption.

I feel very anguished when stuck in traffic jam or bad road in Maharashtra my home. And complain a lot about it. Recently been to kerala here state highway average speed is 20 to 30kmph. Takes 5 hours to travel 130kms. Gratitude and Thanks.

Recently while working on a enterprise software project i used @claudeai Max Subs @OpenAI Codex Pro sub, @cursor_ai

Their default harness & also #paperclip, hermes, @openclaw many tools.

Only a fool or fear mongerer would say software development is finished… contd.

Please don’t take it as rant. But a reality check for those fear mongers.

Human skills, education and ingenuity still apex.

What we should worry is these systems do not care about the craft of software engineering. And more we use them they destroy the quality of code.
