@KFCSA I placed an order online last week Friday. Paid for it. Got confirmation on the same online screen and a bank notification for my Zapper payment. Then minutes later, was told that there was no order. I called and abruptly got transferred to someone else

Luckily for me, the 2nd person I spoke to was super helpful and very sweet. Empathetic and with great phone etiquette. She assured me I'd get feedback within 7 - 14 working days about a refund coz no order was apparently placed. Meanwhile, money gone, no food received.

@RefilweSeboko When I woke up, and suddenly couldn't walk and the doctors were picking up absolutely nothing wrong with me. Mind you, I was only 28 and didn't get hurt, didn't work out, didn't fall, didn't have any swelling or pain AND could feel every sensation. 😏
