Cannot get refund until proof of delivery shown. Sent DM and was told it's delivered. Without proof of delivery it's effectively lost!

I've unplugged the light, tried a different plug socket and the strip is still dead.
I've also moved it next to the hub and tried deleted/re-adding it in the app (inc. serial no). Still dead

The products are ales: Fuller's ESB and Fuller's 1845.
At the moment I have to get them from Waitrose instead.

I've been trying to order some Primus Trail II FG in "Deep Sea Blue-White" (size 44) via your UK site for weeks now.

When I add the shoe to basket nothing happens.

Website issue or stock issue? For other colours the drop-down gives stock info.

Any ideas?

@A_dmg04 Are the players that cheated/cheesed their way to the Unbroken seal going to get it revoked? I worked hard for Unbroken and it belittles it if people cheat.
Easy to implement. If they have Unbroken but not "A Glorious Legend" triumph then they didn't earn it.
