Hey world! It's been a while! I'm back to let everyone know that @Citi's fraud department is either completely incompetent or corrupt as fuck. Because how do my joint account holder and I get 4 different stories about why a clear case of fraud is deemed not fraud?
@AskCiti I have called y'all several times regarding this, and as you can see it has been less than hlepful. I would love it, however, if you gave me a number that will actually guarantee I can speak to somebody competent. I'm based in NYC, so I'll even take an in-person meeting.
@AskCiti One agent said she couldn't give me any details, including the ID that was used. Another gave my joint account holder the ID name and number. A letter said it was reviewed and deemed fraud. A phone call received the same day as the letter said it was still under investigation.
@Citibank Because honestly, it's super useful to know that, if I wanted to, I could use a fake ID to access the CEO's bank account and it's fine, because an ID was used.
Seriously. We even did the damn leg work for you to prove a fake ID (of someone who is NOT a signee and shouldn't have had account access anyway) was used. But, according to your fraud department, it's cool because someone's driver's license was used. Make it make sense @Citibank
This bill is a real piece of shit it and it would be excellent if thatโs all anyone talked about for the next few days. Super interested in your think piece about the NYC mayorโs race but letโs get to that after we try to stop the biggest wealth transfer in American history.
1) Biggest wealth transfer in American history. 2) Kills solar industry, raising prices 3) almost a trillion dollar cut to Medicaid 4) nursing homes shutting down 5) energy shortages 6) 4.5 trillion in NEW DEBT. โ I promise you this bill is worse than you think.
We had hope for a reason. All of those dads and husbands and humans fighting for you? They didnโt go away. Theyโre still here. Weโre still here.
Take care of yourself today.
So, let me get this straight: yesterday the Supreme Court ruled colleges CANโT discriminate on the basis of race but today they ruled that a web designer CAN discriminate against the LGBTQ+ community? Sorry, but this Court is so freaking messed up.
