I had an indigo flight to Varanasi from Ahmedabad and I reached the airport 1:30 mins prior but due to delays in checking the ticket at the gate i missed my flight, still i managed to reach the luggage counter before 45 mins flight departs but indigo staff refused.

@IndiGo6E I requested them to allow me but none of them responded well. Also they don't know what to do next for helping me out.

@IndiGo6E I was on time at the airport but due to security check and ground staff it was not that great to assist passengers. The ground staff was busy with other passengers who were having issues rescheduling their tickets, for that reason I was late by 5 mins for the baggage process.

When they still had 45 min and they could definitely help and also they were not answering properly therefore because of them i missed my flight. They just told me to visit from one counter to another for help. But none of them responded/help me. @IndiGo6E
