At laaast, I watched Odysseys and liked it. 8.5/10. The pace of the storytelling with some contemporary touches and messages, almost fully holding attention for nearly 3 hours, was amazing. Only downside for me was the depth of characters; the moments did not feel as deep as they could be, so it would not make you think enough or feel with extensive emotion as in Interstellar. The music fitted all the scenes completely, enriching the emotions, tension and atmosphere. But not masterpieces like Zimmer’s. Very short melodies rotating and rotating. I watched it at IMAX Gordion, Ank and I was expecting much better visual quality than Ankamall, but it was not. The screen was smaller, but the sound was better with crisp and high-shaking bass though.

@Philip_Goff Thanks, I read it. Nice post. But I disagree. Consciousness is physical. It happens with physics. It happens with neurons. It happens with state changes in the brain. And you could at least agree that you can disable it with physics and enable it back with physics.

Güncel bağlamdan bağımsız, speech acts açısından söylemek sadece ifade etmek değil eylem de içeriyor. Hakaret, saygısızlık vs benim de zerre umrumda değil ama bazılarının çok umrunda ve fiziksel şiddetten farksız bir mental state e dönüşebilirler. Burada muhatapta bırakılan etki önemli (Perlocution). Muhatap “gerçekten” rahatsız olduğunu belirtiyorsa yapılmamalı diye düşünüyorum.
