@Addy13668241@Mine_Ggamer Yeah I was wondering about this too :/ Boasting would definitely mess with your chances of getting hired/ affect your reputation. Kinda just feels like creators are forced to make humble posts that can only blow up purely from how good their content
I love how this demon slayer fan animation I made gets barely any views when I post it myself, but a reposter saying a hot take alongside it makes it blow tf up lol
@AmanB_Up I mean for sure, and I really appreciate you for sharing it with the intention of giving me exposure! But since you know how Twitter works, I'm sure you'd be aware that credits in the comments aren't as obvious. Account tagging exists as well, so why not use that?
@Foilsick_Yapper Agreed :') I actually intentionally made the watermark small because I was worried it would affect the watching experience, now I know I gotta make it noticeably bigger because it'll likely get reposted everywhere 💀
@XdFurina64591@onnlyOliveira nope I just referenced a video of myself doing Sanemi's standing up action! Just a lot of double checking for imperfections haha. Also for 3D Animation recommendations you could search tutorials on youtube, @crashsuneacademy / @ryankingart / @sharpwind check out these channels!
@JayBanimator Oh its mainly because there should be lights flashing from behind the wall Sanemi is hiding behind, cuz in the manga Gyomei and Kokushibo are duking it out in the distance! I havent really figured out the timing and how it should look yet which is why its still a wip
@JayBanimator Yep I used vector lines! Also damn good catch, I'm ngl that's mainly because I was too occupied with the minor details I completely forgot to animate the abs shadows directly LOL, ty for pointing it out I'll animate the shadows for the final version hahah
@gastermanialol@kanaosn1 2 weeks for this shot alone! I lost track of time and spent wayyy more time refining it than I should've lol, future shots are less likely to be as polished as this :')
@LANDOFWANOPV@V0lta7 check out my replies! I replied to someone who said my animation is ai with a video recording of myself toggling layers in after effects! Sanemi is 2D drawn as well! I use blender's grease pencil to animate in a style similar to tweened animation, which is why it's so smooth!
@Neutral_run I use Blender's Grease Pencil! It lets me copy paste lines here and there and use the liquify tool to shift them around without any pixelation issues since it's vector based! Also imo their stabilizer is on par with clip studio, allowing me to draw smooth af lines!
@solaramv@kanaosn1 No worries! Also wait mb I forgot to mention, I meant that the standing up bit is mostly drawn frame by frame, but his stomach wound and hair in some areas use the same liquify tool method to move stuff around since blender operates in vector (no pixelation issues too!)
@solaramv@kanaosn1 Yep he ain't 3D! I'm ditching my previous anim's 3D character model usage because they're too finicky to make them look consistently 2D. I used Grease Pencil and frame by frame moved Sanemi around bit by bit for his breathing anim! Him getting up is frame by frame hand drawn tho
@solaramv@kanaosn1 Hi Solar!! Ngl my compositing for the 3D aspects (his sword and the BG) are scuffed as hell LOL, I use grease pencil so I can animate the sword directly in my blender canvas, then I just painstakingly frame by frame masked out the sword in AE to fit in his hand :')
