The response I received from @AudiUK regarding this dangerous issue. A lesson to all considering paying premium for Audi used and approved. Read the used and approved warranty and consider any caviets by well scripted words resulting in high cost repairs. Case is still not closed

@AudiUKCare To put context to the severity, the tail gate opened on its own on the road side with our dog in the boot. The tailgate came down and almost hit our daughter in the head if I wasn’t there to move her out of the way. When it closes there is no stopping it.

Our Audi S4 is under @AudiUK used/approved warranty, absolutely shocked @AudiUK deny this claim. Purchased from main dealer. Tailgate operates randomly on its own, does not stop under obstruction, and does not operate correctly. We have young children and pets! #dangerous #audi

@AudiUKCare I’ve DM my details thanks. Audi uk looked into, but their response was deeply unsatisfactory, and advised I progress with the motoring ombudsman. After spending a vast amount of money on the product, I did not expect this lack of support, and days spent stressed trying to resolve

Booked over £400 tickets today @laplanduk After payment, website crashed and had no reference email, but have been charged. I’ve emailed twice and no reply, there is no phone number to call. Looking on Facebook feed, was a common problem but others have had quick responses.🤬
