@chubakueno Good point, I didn't see nearly as much of them in my sampling probably because those come mostly from lima which has a lower ratio of actas, could definitely be the issue.

Just to double check - did you source the actas from ONPE or from JNE? I scraped mine from JNE's site

@chubakueno How many votes did you end up tallying? I ran OCR on ~4k a bit over a day ago, roughly 120 failed to process (should've probably finetuned like you did, I ran MinerU2.5 1.2B for most and Gemma 27B for those miner couldnt solve)

Got 95,731 votes for JP and 64,330 for RP, ~30k gap
