@tanishaachauhan @daily_objects I had the same experience. They didn’t actually ship the product; they only booked the courier partner, so the status shows “Shipped.” But the courier hasn’t received the product yet. Customer care is just AI chatbots creating tickets, with no proper response or resolution.
