While selecting foam for your Coach/sofa consider Foam density (higher density generally lasts longer). These are always more expensive than low density foams so of course you must consider your budget.

What is hardwood? Hardwood is timber obtained from broad-leaved trees . It is generally denser, stronger, and more durable than softwood, making it ideal for high-quality furniture.
☢️Advantages
🔥Strong and long-lasting.
🔥Excellent load-bearing capacity.
🔥Beautiful natural grain and appearance.
🔥Can be sanded and refinished multiple times.
🔥Holds screws and joints firmly.
🔥Adds value to furniture.

However, this is More expensive than engineered boards, Heavier to transport and install, Requires proper seasoning to prevent warping and cracking, Harder to machine, requiring sharp tools and skilled workmanship.

👌Available in ide range of thickness
❌ Disadvantages
📍Lower-quality plywood may have internal voids
📍Exposed edges need edge banding or solid wood lipping
📍Some grades are not moisture-resistant
📍They always need a finishing as they aren't given a finishing coat.
