@Ralston727@globeandmail BTW, even at 25.62%, I agree its far too many investors inflating the housing market. But if you think the majority of home buyers are investors, you need to get your head examined. legit shouldn't be allowed to vote if you can't understand basic statistics or how to read charts
@Ralston727@globeandmail LOL! Learn how to read a chart. The left is the percent change indexed to 100, and the right % numbers are the total amounts by proportion. Just add the three numbers on the right together and you get exactly 100%. you're genuinely retarded and low IQ if you can't figure this out

Assuming BTC has already found a local bottom (which may or may not be the case), this is what the inverse DXY has to say about the next few months of $BTC PA, which would likely mean mostly ranging here with further downside in August.

@Ralston727@globeandmail You don’t know how to read this chart. The percentages is on the right side are the total number % (totaling nearly 100%) making first time homebuyers the vast majority who bought. The numbers on the left are index describing the rate of change.
@shaams With 45m how did you not think to cash in, lets say, 4.5m (10%) to buy an epic home (2-3m) and have some to live for 5-10 years (200k per year)?

Turns out this was still generally correct but a bit premature
The last pump to 82.5k threw me off but the inverse DXY correlation is still undefeated
Also means we may be nearing a local bottom soon
I’ll analyze again and provide my thoughts soon

Why am I so confident we see a sharp down move in the coming days/weeks?
Many use all sorts of indicators and look at liquidation levels, etc. but I have something that's been more reliable for many months now: the inverse $DXY
It is my crystal ball
Is this time different?
@MillieMarconnni 10,000 years ago we entered the latest interglacial period called the Holocene. Before then humans lived entirely in glacial period most of the world was covered in ice and snow. the dense rainforest as we now know them barely existed. This climate change is a major factor.
