I’m not calling the firm itself a scam — my concern is with the behavior and handling of the situation, which is why I described the experience the way I did.

@Fearingtofear I respect your experience. My concern isn’t payment, but inconsistent and untransparent enforcement in my case. I complied with a warning, explained every trade with charts, yet was terminated based on 2 losing trades out of 41 (~5%), with no clear criteria or appeal.

@aljustun I’m not “just getting started” — I’ve traded manually for 4.5 years.
Raising transparency concerns doesn’t violate any rules.
Each firm evaluates traders independently, based on their own data — not online discussion.

In my case, it was 2 out of 41 trades (~5%), and those trades did not contribute to any profit.

@aljustun Okay so you think just because of few similar trades which matches to someone acc out of 41 trade is rule break and trader should get banned ? There are so many people who trade exactly like me based on liq , inducement and timings in my surroundings so it's very likely to happen

@aljustun And yeah I don’t use signals. I’ve been trading 4.5 years, fully discretionary.
Every trade on this account was explained with TradingView charts and annotations during review

Can you see any other reasons in mails I posted ? Only reason was copy trading violation ( according to them) .
My risk was on point , no high risk , traded very fairly . I was trading this same acc from 6-7 months approx.

And rejected my 2nd payout because of same trades ?

@kmw766 after I sent them clarification mail, they reviewed my acc stats from nov 21-26 and my first payout was paid on 27th nov but when I requested 2nd payout they sent me mail again saying I've done copy trading and sent me trades from 21-26th nov. Then they Banned me .

@lav_kumar_5 They Banned me bro . I had one 20k funded and other 20k was on phase 2 (4.2% up) so basically I was about to get funded on that too.
