Same thing happening with me . I got falsely banned over cid voilation , I am again asking @Khldfx & @avikkfp to manually review my accounts my logs ( in logs there is login session comming from mt5 terminal or browser but strange part i only used mt5 app )

Also i stated take my interview take live verifications or any proof ur team want in this case i am ready to provide also the matched cid accounts has 0 trades u can also give an exeception in my case becuase of this .

I will not stop untill i get justice simple and clear🤞

@fundingpips banned my account by saying "CID violation." The only proof they gave me is a log . And in that logs the login session is of a mt5 terminal or mt5 used in browser . ( login client ' web build ' 5830 )

And strange part is i only used mt5 app from appstore on my Iphone 15plus .

Other Facts:
• I never shared my device or logins with anyone

• The account with the matching CID belongs to a trader in Morocco. I'm in India and have never travelled abroad .

• I traded only on my own mobile data & Wi-Fi

• The matched account has 0 trades, so there is no copy or mirror trading

• I have never used a copy trader, EA, VPS, or any passing service

@fundingpips I request a manual review of my case. If you still find device or login sharing, please send me the IP change records with timestamps. I am also ready for a live verification of me and my device or location or anything else team wants in this case .
