sharing a device is sharing, no matter who does it. The same rule / term of T&C is broken, either if you do it or someone else does it. Read my example again, if you steal a banana from a store, and your friends steals a banana from a different store, y'all are going to prison for breaking the same law.

You just broke the same rule as someone else, it’s that simple. If you and a friend each steal a banana and the judge says each of you individually will do prison for 3 years for breaking law x/xyza, is the judge wrong?
