@Cookie2148 An unequivocal yes. But a massive cultural shift is required as the ‘need to be mentored’ is seen as a weakness, and senior officers can’t/won’t commit the time! I’m being mentored now in industry - it’s invaluable and accelerates speed to competency significantly!
