Thank you @SavetheChildren for the Humanitarian awards for the $24+ million we've raised for children in need over the years. Even if we don't really see these as ours, they belong to our incredible community that made it all possible <3 https://t.co/lgqsHUIeyT
@ScardorGaming If the subscriber has canceled the subscription previously and then renewed it twitch will still show the total subs in the chat but we get the information of a new subscription and it will fire a regular sub alert. Consecutive subs should fire resub alerts though.
@ScardorGaming Currently when the donation slider is set to charity, whether partially or fully, the Paypal button becomes grayed out. But Paypal is available for donations that go 100% to the streamer. We will improve the UI so it is more clear. Thanks for the feedback.
@ScardorGaming Yep, we are aware of this issue. They should reappear once you refresh with all other G4G windows closed, but ofc that is not ideal behavior. Thanks for bringing it up, it is on our todo.
@jasondesante To have audio and video synced up we suggest to get the audio from the device that is actually playing the streamed alert. Due to different latency on different devices you will always have slightly different timings. Getting audio from the stream PC (eg with headphones) fixes it
@jasondesante Thx for the input, we will look into it. Unfortunately, we don't have a clear idea of when we'll be able to fix these specific Mac issues as the team is trying to get Clash of Streamers done asap. We know screen region is less convenient on Mac but it'll be the way to go for now.
@jasondesante the browser wouldnt matter so much in that case. If you copy the alert box link to obs using the browser source it should work either way. obs uses its built in browser. Curious if that worked or if the problem is the launched alert box and window cap. https://t.co/yoTW6zyrN4
