@octaforge Yes of course I agree with you, if there is a line of code with driver bugs it cannot be said that there isn't, I'm just saying that luckily it doesn't affect the final function on the latest Kernels, my speech only concerns on this then that it should be resolved I agree with yo
@octaforge In fact I find it very strange that you mention problems with 5700 on Kernel 5.19 because I didn't have any and when I compiled 5.19 in the past I published the result of its good working...
@octaforge No, I've been using the usual kernel options that I compile for myself for a long time and I don't use this one you mention. I don't touch it completely...
@octaforge Excuse me but I have regularly used both 5.18 and 5.19 with 5700 XT without ever having a problem and I use it with 64K pages... Now I use 6.0.1 and this is perfect too...
@RaptorCompSys Just compiled and installed Kernel 5.18.1, now on Power it is back to work without having to make changes or add patches. Thanks to everyone who helps to correct mistakes! Thanks to the Power community!
@Turrican3_IT@commodoreihs True, unfortunately, however, he had incapable and incompetent managers and unfortunately he burned all that advantage he had thanks to Amiga as well as never having been able to really exploit it ...
@commodoreihs A real shame to see these factories completely abandoned ... Commodore was holding the gold with the Amiga and was unable to exploit it even a little ... A mortal sin!
@runlevel__5@mpc7500v2 I would like to understand what are the real differences between the various page formats and what can be the best solution ... I have never found any real explanations about it.
