@zerodha I’m extremely disappointed with the way my request to convert my resident account to an NRI account has been handled.

My first email was sent in Mar/26. After 30+ emails, repeated notarisation, printing, attestation, reprinting, and additional costs -

The process is still nowhere close to completion.

I am now being asked again for updated bank statements and utility bills because earlier documents are “a month old” — only because this process has dragged on for over two months.

2. Poor memory
3. Response Lags
4. Trust and Deepfake risks
