@alisonlitt24 Yes. Even the O2 shop staff here are telling people to cancel! It took the local paper getting involved to get sorted.

@stealth_ferret Sounds like a 3G issue. Report it to the complaints dept and turn off 3G until they fix it. I've had no 3G for 7 weeks now!

@YoshieyH @O2 Some departments of O2 fail to even acknowledge the issue! I make it seven weeks now with no idea when it will be resolved.
