1. Decrease the need for tax money.
-Get back to just National Security, Roads, delegate most agencies to state

2. National Sales Tax only

Get rid of Lobbying, so politicians can no longer create laws that benefit their donors

Marketers can't give gifts/money to get business from doctors, businesses, etc.

It should be illegal to give gifts/money to politicians

Insurance is a scam!
~We pay $$hundreds/month just to HAVE a policy
~Then we pay a copay
~Industries increase the price of services BECAUSE insurance pays and it is not 'out of the individuals pocket'
~Insurance knocks off a percentage of the cost of the service 'just because you have their insurance'
~Insurance then pays the over-inflated price
~Then we get another bill for the 'remainder' of the cost

*** Before insurance existed, the costs were lower.. The price we paid for healthcare services prior to the creation of insurance was likely equivalent to what our copays are now

**IMHO:
~healthcare costs are massive BECAUSE of insurance
~The healthcare consumer doesn't really look at the massive cost, because we aren't paying it
~We just look at it : OOOhhhh... look how much I haven't had to pay because of my insurance

**As always... follow the money! Look at who is getting rich!
Hint: It isn't the doctors, nurses, or individual health care providers.

It is the Hospital & Insurance CEOs, Administrators, etc and their Crony Politicians that are in their pockets who've allowed it to happen
