Ethiopia's General Cargo Ship HARAR (IMO 9617399) docked at #Eritrea's Massawa port to load copper and zinc exports destined for China.
Ships from neighboring #Ethiopia have repeatedly secured contracts from Chinese mining companies to transport mineral exports from Eritrea.
How low are PFDJ expectations?
For our 175th ranking, should we go out in the streets to celebrate? While we at it, we can call it "Eritrean festivals".
Eritrea is a nightmare for journalists. How about we work on our ranking of 180th out of 180th?
@TiborPNagyJr Eritrea ministries are incapable and paralyzed to just please an audience of one, “dictator Isaias”
Poor Yemane, he is the head of tabloids. Hidden behind tweeter, day in-day out, he is busy picking words to tweet, does nothing meaningful work.

Since June 2007, three different Special Rapporteurs have accused the gov of #Eritrea of torture, arbitrary detention, enforced disappearances, and restrictions of the rights to freedom of expression, association, and peaceful assembly and other egregious human rights violations.
Every Eritrean, including those who deny it vehemently, knows this to be true.
Since 2007, the Gov of #Eritrea has refused to engage all 3 UN-appointed rapporteurs and claimed the right instrument to deal with human rights is the Universal Periodic Review (UPR) and not “country-specific mandates”…. then ignored all the recommendations of UPR anyway.
It’s time for the whole cycle to be repeated.

The “peaceful Eritreans” are actually fronting Africa’s most brutal dictatorship. They extract taxes and support by spying on and menacing the Eritrean diaspora. Those who attend these meetings claim refugee status but support the regime they fled from out of fear
