@Tonthx9999 🥩 Tonkatsu: Hands down still easily the best in Cambodia! Super light, crispy breadcrumbs with clean, tender fillet. A couple of bottom crumbs was slightly soggy and flaked off. The meat was slightly dry, but flavor-wise - Jouzu! Yabai! 🤤🔥
