@easyJet I'm being refused compensation for flight EZY 2212 29th May Rome - Ldn. 4 OTHER PARTIES from the same flight have been paid compensation, we were dropped off in the middle of nowhere at 4.30am with elderly people and children, at the WRONG hotel! How do you explain this?

@easyJet The pilot told us it was to do with someone being tired or ill??? I have no idea, but many people from the flight have got compensation and me and my bf are refused it! Do you take any blame for the coach driver dropping us at the wrong hotel, no easyjet staff around? I will DM

@easyJet Cancelled our flight 29 May from Rome, waited 8.5hrs in the airport, then dropped us in the middle of nowhere at the wrong hotel 4.30am, with elderly people & children. Now they're declining compensation! It was the worst service I've had from an airline.

@Twitter just one month after our disaster w/ @easyJet in Rome, where after 8.5hrs they cancelled our flight then dropped us off at the wrong hotel and left us... We’re waiting in Ibiza with NO staff to help at 3am after 4 hrs in the airport. No help as usual. Thanks again.
