I’ve been replaying Super Mario World 2: Yoshi’s Island; coming back to it after 25 years, it’s absolutely brilliant. It’s at the top of its class in the 16-bit era artistically & pushing the tech of its time! I see certain aspects of it being a precursor to Mario Wonder as well.
