@Delta I'm flying RDU-JFK-RDU today. Literally boarding 1st flt when I learn return flt cancelled. App won't let me rebook. On hold while on plane for 30 minutes before getting agent. He tells me to hold on while he checks for other flights, then HANGS UP on me. So now stranded!
