@budman514 @hwinkler4real Ditto… T2D entered the chat for me a couple years ago, so now I swap out sugar for other sweeteners that won’t blast my glucose to outer space.

We all need some carbs, whether we’re diabetic or not, and I prefer them on my plate rather than in my beverages.
