@LNER hi, can I submit a claim for delay repay and seat guarantee at the same time? as my train has been delayed by 50 mins and the train has less carriages which meant that all passengers have been crammed into a smaller space.

@LNER We’re now getting to York however as we’ve missed our original York-Leeds due to our original Edinburgh-York train cancellation we now cannot get to Leeds as the next trains are now cancelled too. What can we do?

@Deliveroo after waiting for 2 hours the rider just about gets to the corner of my street but then suddenly disappears and now I’m waiting for a new rider after my food was already collected and on the way? And you don’t even have a chat function to contact someone/complain!!!
