I was losing a year of AI learnings.
Every session: patterns discovered, problems solved, decisions made.
Next session: gone. AI forgot. I forgot.
So I built a brain that remembers everything.

I built something very similar for Claude Code and Openclaw: https://t.co/bIsFLfIo5C
Same idea as your wiki, but the "sources" are your past AI chat sessions instead of articles. It reads them, pulls out the people, decisions, projects, and tasks you talked about, and files everything into an Obsidian vault you actually own and sync over GIT.
The part you mention about catching contradictions and stale notes, haven't built that yet.
It is really a game changer. I did the same for some wordPress plugins that I havenโt touched in years and I was able to bring them up to date in a couple hours with full process, updating over SVN, etc
Interacting with claude code and openclaw I also felt the need for a second brain to store everything I am working on and I ended up releasing https://t.co/wlWEPwvXPa as an free and open source second brain that connects to claude code and openclaw as a plugin

@umairguitar Hey, thanks!!! try it and let me know any feedback. it reads the existing files, updates and ensures that there is no conflict with existing data.
Built this for @claudeai code and @OpenClaw users who want persistent memory across sessions.
