I think it’s disgusting to overcharge customers for a longer journey when it is the fault of the driver. I was 3 minutes late to an interview because a 25 minute journey took WAY longer than it was meant to. I am extremely disappointed

@UberUKsupport Hi, I used Uber last Thursday and had a really bad journey. The driver decided to turn onto the motor way for no reason and ended up adding 15 mins to the journey so I got charged way more than I was meant to. I called the support immediately but no one helped me.
