LATAM says only Qatar can fix it. Qatar's agent (Kishan) admitted their back-end can fix it but won't due to the LATAM segment. @bookingcom is using the wrong PNR to deny support. I have my Hague Apostilled Marriage Cert & Sworn Translation ready. PNR: B9LMRQ
