RPP: ROCHE PASANDO PIOLA
GITHUB JUST CREATED AN OFFICIAL CERTIFICATION FOR THE MOST IN-DEMAND DEVELOPER ROLE OF 2026.
It is called Agentic AI Developer.
GH-600.
And it is the first formal signal that running AI agent teams is now a recognized engineering discipline with a credential behind it.
Not a prompt engineer.
Not a vibe coder.
An Agentic AI Developer.
The person who operates, supervises, and integrates AI agents across the entire software development lifecycle.
The person who knows where agents fail in production.
The person who understands how to build autonomous workflows that do not introduce catastrophic failure modes into CI/CD pipelines.
The person every engineering team is going to need and almost none of them have right now.
GitHub certifying this role changes the hiring conversation permanently.
Before GH-600: "Do you work with AI agents?" is an interview question with no standard answer.
After GH-600: the credential tells the hiring manager exactly what you know and what you can do before the interview starts.
The engineers who get certified in the first wave of GH-600 will have a credential for a role that has more demand than supply for the next 3 to 5 years.
The engineers who wait until it is mainstream will be competing with everyone who moved first.
If you are already working with GitHub Copilot or building agent-driven workflows you are already doing this job.
GH-600 is how you prove it.

🇵🇪 A threat actor on an underground forum is advertising an alleged RENIEC dataset containing information on approximately “31 million Peru citizens.”
According to the post, the dataset allegedly includes:
• National identity/document numbers
• Full names
• Birth dates and age data
• Gender information
• Address/location details
• Province/district information
• Telephone numbers
• Civil status information
• Credit/salary-related fields
• Family relationship references (mother/father fields)
The actor claims the dataset size is approximately 10GB and shared sample rows allegedly containing structured citizen records.
At this time:
• The claims remain unverified
• The authenticity, completeness, and origin of the dataset have not been independently confirmed
• The record count may include historical data, duplicates, aggregated collections, or previously exposed information
If legitimate, a dataset involving a national civil registry system could present significant risks including:
• Identity theft
• Financial fraud
• SIM swapping and telecom abuse
• Social engineering campaigns
• Credential recovery abuse
• Government impersonation scams
• Large-scale phishing and smishing operations
National identity databases are among the most valuable assets traded on underground forums due to their usefulness in:
• Fraud ecosystems
• Banking abuse
• Synthetic identity creation
• KYC bypass operations
• Account takeover attempts
• Criminal intelligence collection
Threat actors increasingly target:
• Civil registries
• Election-related systems
• Population databases
• Telecom-linked identity systems
• Government digital identity platforms
for monetization and operational abuse.
Organizations operating in:
• Banking
• Telecommunications
• Government services
• Insurance
• Financial technology
• Identity verification ecosystems
should remain alert for:
• Unusual identity verification attempts
• Fraudulent onboarding activity
• Credential stuffing attacks
• Increased phishing targeting Peruvian citizens
• Suspicious account recovery requests
Users should remain cautious of:
• Calls requesting identity verification
• Fake government notifications
• Banking SMS scams
• Credential reset attempts
• Requests for one-time passcodes or identity documents
Daily Dark Web is continuing to monitor underground forums and leak platforms for additional samples, validation attempts, and possible attribution related to this alleged dataset.

Mientras tanto, César Acuña, sigue exhibiéndose con streamers NINI. En unas encuestas aparece en otras ni figura. Él es un margen de error. Voy a ver con atención cómo vota La Libertad este 12 de abril.
Performance Hints
Over the years, my colleague Sanjay Ghemawat and I have done a fair bit of diving into performance tuning of various pieces of code. We wrote an internal Performance Hints document a couple of years ago as a way of identifying some general principles and we've recently published a version of it externally.
We'd love any feedback you might have!
