Very sorry to hear of the passing of Ranking Roger. Only saw him and his son play 18 months and he was ripped and super energetic. Sad news but the Beat lives on as does the multi cultural heart of UK Ska.

Whether you like rugby or not it’s hard not to admire Jonny Willinson’s mindset. This sort of thinking, if you can do it without his obsessive tendencies, would stand people in better stead and I wish I’d heard it as a teenager.
