He quit everything to launch his SaaS
Several months all-in on the project with no salary
That’s the bet winning bet of @adrianowhoscale with @Whoscale_io
September 2025 : he shuts down his agency
No more clients. No more revenue
In January 2026, he started building the first market-data tool 100% dedicated to coaches, info-product creators, and marketers
5 months of intense building
Working 10+ hours a day, 7 days a week
Then it took off
Day 1 (24h): +100 users
Day 14: +400 users
€1,000 MRR in a few days
€10k MRR in a few weeks
Bootstrapped, ultra-fast growth, international expansion, and a commando mindset
He’s going to go far with this SaaS
Watch this episode and you’ll understand why

Real story from a client today, performance-based mission
I first offered him a percentage of the gross profit above the revenue he generates right now
He negotiated for a basis on the margin left AFTER ad spend
Basically the most restrictive contribution margin
After some back and forth, we start working
Then he tells me: “I see we don’t have enough signups”
I said yes but we need to pick our battles
- signups (acquisition)
- purchases (conversion)
- increase AOV / LTV (conversion / retention)
...
If I bring you more signups without changing anything else, we can just increase our current spend
Yes you’ll be happy, more signups, more purchases, ok
But you’ll lose MORE money than you’re losing today
So we won’t hit the margin target
And we'll be working on making the job more difficult for you and me
Funny how clients can ask you for one thing and its exact opposite at the same time
And hold you responsible when it goes in two opposite directions
Anyway
It's scary to me to see that most founder who spend FORTUNES on ads
have NO CLUE if they're profitable at all
Just this week :
👉 A cosmetic brand struggles with Meta Ads
They switch to Pinterest Ads
Apparently, Pinterest "works better" while Meta Ads didn't
huh...
"how are you sure that Pinterest actually brought more sales?"
(... silence ...)
👉 Another ecom brand launching ads on Snapchat for the sake of it
Same stuff
Day 1 CPA on Snapchat beats Meta Ads, "lots" of purchases
Revenue in Shopify : --------- (flat)
👉 On the other end of the spectrum, a brand selling events (dinners, shows...)
They are so hyper focused on the actual first sale CPA of Meta Ads that they forget that
- They send lots of emails
- More people discover them because of Meta ads
- And people comeback and buy other products after
If you're a founder, and you find yourself blindly trusting platform data, here's what you should do instead :
1. Stop relying blindy on platform data 🙈
2. Focus on business metrics (margin, LTV, cost per new customer)
3. Take a step back, and consider your acquisition as a whole
The narrower you look at things, the more likely you are to take micro decisions that cost your business overall
Been trying to build content on IG in the US lately
Total disaster lol
First we tried content for the brand, starting with an AI avatar
Then I connected Postiz to my account and posted videos of me through it.
My partner did the same with Blotato
We’re in two different countries.
Result: shadowbanned 💀
Then I used another service to create a US account
I paid for the warming of the account
"oops, actually we do not warm"
They said the posting was instant
It took them 2 WEEKS to change my bio
Disaster again
Then I found another service
Warm-up went well
I post one piece of content, boom, account banned
I open a second account
I post two videos : banned 💀
That last account was supposed to be run by a US operator posting manually from their phone
And everything I posted is original content of me, never published anywhere else
But what is going on?? I don’t get it
wtf
My account just came back online
Fingers crossed I can keep posting 🤞
“How much do you charge for campaign management?”
A UGC creator I know DMs me
I give him my rate.
But I ask: tell me more about the client.
His answer: “She’s got a brand for moms. There’s an app. She wants more downloads.”
That’s it. lol.
👉 How can someone delegate their acquisition without knowing :
What’s the product and what does it sell for?
One-shot purchase or subscription?
Any sales yet? Do people come back?
Is there a site? What does it look like?
What’s the budget?
It’s like asking me to install a kitchen without telling me the size of the room, the furniture, or the budget 😅
👧 "Dad, why did you call me Rose?"
👨 "Because I love roses darling"
👦 "And me dad, how did you choose my name?"
👨 "Well, Grok @bot, let me tell you the story of..."
Just had a call with a creative strategist
Showed him what I'm capable of with Grok Bot and some simple automations
He was legit shocked
I was legit "bro it's just a MCP"
We are so early lol
Bonjour! 🥖
I just realized I never did a proper introduction here
My name is Gaétan (pronounced Ga-ey-ton) and I'm your french paid acquisition marketer, AI enthusiast and content creator
I started by doing dropshipping in 2017 (and met SO MANY people who started also like this along the way)
Since then, I left dropshipping but kept paid ads as my main activity
So I managed big and small accounts on Meta, TikTok, Google...
Did UGC, content strategy, now leaning more and more toward growth
And more recently launched metrikia with my team to put sexy back in attribution (notice how "sexy" was missing before?)
And to know more about me :
- My very first customer decided not to pay me and insulted me thereafter, a good start in the harsh world of entrepreneurship
- I failed and went back to a corporate job twice before I could live from my online business
- I interview top marketers in podcasts episodes, and had people I regard as marketing mentors come on my show
So if you're like me and like anything marketing / AI / paid ads related, you're welcome
Looking forward to connect to other people here on 𝕏
