@Swiggy When I searched for coffee beans in your app, I expected to see only coffee beans.

Instead, I was shown powder options mixed in, without clear categories. It was confusing because the packaging looked the same.

I selected two items thinking they were all beans (cnt)

Since I cannot mark it as a damaged item, the only option left is to cancel the order and reorder the correct coffee beans.

Please let me know if there is a better way to handle this in such cases.

but later realized two of them were powder. I wanted to replace them with beans, but there was no option to do that.

I am a regular customer and this experience was quite frustrating.
